Her work includes management positions with high-tech organizations such as IBM, Sterling Commerce, PeopleSoft, J.D. Edwards and Telectronics Pacing Systems.

Before, joining the Mereo team, Priscilla led the IBM Industry Solutions Client References Program team, providing references for the Commerce, B2B, ECM and EMM products. Her team managed approximately 1,000 client references. Her responsibilities included case study creation, reference pipeline build, reference database management, process development and support of sales and marketing reference requests.

Prior to the IBM acquisition, Priscilla managed the Customer Experience initiative at Sterling Commerce. This initiative included development of a cross-departmental Customer Experience Task Force, responsibility for all customer communications, execution of annual customer satisfaction survey and client reference program development.

As the Director of Demand Creation Programs at J.D. Edwards, Priscilla led a team of 10 who supported all corporate industry, product, services and partner alliance departments, with focus on demand generation strategy and planning, process implementation, tracking and reporting. Her team generated approximately 80% of the marketing and sales qualified leads for the company, consistently meeting or exceeding industry standards for response-rate and conversion into pipeline for the direct sales force and channels. These processes were identified as a best practice at PeopleSoft following J.D. Edwards’ acquisition by PeopleSoft, where Priscilla held the position of Senior Manager of Campaign Management for the EnterpriseOne product line. Her teams at J.D. Edwards and PeopleSoft garnered six Gold Key awards from the Business Marketing Association, a Silver Addy Award and a Telly Award.

Before entering the workforce of software companies, Priscilla managed the internal North American marketing communications department (writers, graphic artists) for a privately-held international manufacturer and distributor of implantable medical devices. The team reduced the costs of marketing materials by more than 30%.
